Beginner-Intermediate Adult Heel Class.


Adult heels classes are dance classes designed for learning and practicing choreography while wearing heels. These classes focus on developing confidence, sensuality, and technique.


In this class, we will explore our sense of sensuality, embodiment, and the essence of Eros, as well as the art of play. Open to everyone, we will train dynamically, cultivating technique, stamina, strength, flexibility, and rhythm.


What to Expect in an Adult Heels Class:


Learning Choreography:

Students will learn and practice dance routines, often set to popular music, incorporating movements inspired by various dance styles such as pop, R&B, and jazz.
